visionaries, Jehoshaphat Kai Freeman and Christian Geeply Weah both of Canada and the United states respectively, experienced the brutal civil crisis in Liberia deemed it expedient to establish a Christian Radio station in Liberia with the purpose of restoring Liberia to Jesus Christ with quality Christian radio broadcasting.

Jehoshaphat Kai Freeman, a broadcaster and a radio presenter with numerous achievements on radio programming in Liberia brings to this organization a wealth of experiences mix with his biblical principles that Jesus is the same yesterday today and forever. A pastor by profession with a degree in divinity. The “INNOVATOR” as he is known around Liberia is a man of repetition, married and have Liberia at heart.

Christian Geeply Weah, married, holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree-Medical office Administration Diploma. Like most of the children of Liberia Christian  suffered some of the worst living conditions in Liberia during the civil war and later seek refuge at the Buduburam refugee camp in Accra Ghana, west Africa. There he met  Jehoshaphat at the Victory Praise Chapel International.

After severe years of living in a refugee camp, Christian’s family was resettled in Canada by five Churches in Manitoba, Canada.  He has become a voice for refugees around the world speaking at the International Adults Learner’s day in Winnipeg at UNESCO and writing for the Winnipeg Free press. As part of his endeavour to restore hope to war-affected children of Liberia, he has joined Pastor Freeman to solicit assistance for the EL SHABACH Christian Radio Station for Liberia project.

THE PROJECT.

The EL-SHABACH Christian Radio station for Liberia project is inspired by the growing numbers of Youths and Christians in Liberia that are deprived of quality Christian Radio Programs thus leaving them with no choice but to listen to circular music and politics that have no spiritual impact in their lives. This project will create an avenue whereas Christians can listen and contribute to daily programs of inspirations spreading the gospel to the end of the earth as commissioned by Jesus Christ.

Educating youths about Jesus Christ, introducing Christians youth broadcasters training program for children in primary and secondary schools between ages of six to fifteen.

Working with other churches to enhance the high cost of Christian advertising in Liberia and making services easily accessible for the Christian Community in Liberia while winning souls to Jesus Christ. Our goal is to create a Godly atmosphere that will restore Liberia’s airwave to Jesus Christ. Building a library with Christian books for kids and the Christian Community.

The anticipated lunching of this program in Liberia is set for 2013 with initial assessment and registration in Liberia set for December 2012.
